How do you know what therapist is right for you? Each person is unique and has their own path for exploration. I do not believe in homework or specific formulas. I have a particular interest in working with young adults, women in transition and MFT Interns. For people that have a spiritual crisis or are unable to make sense of their belief about the world, I offer an expertise in addressing this issue. I enjoy working with individuals that have tried therapy before but felt it difficult to open up or express themselves.

I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings with children, teens and adults. I have extensive experience with those that have severe mental illness and their families and those with eating disorder struggles. I am experienced in providing therapy for anger management, domestic violence, substance abuse, coping and stress management and anxiety. These things have a great impact on families and other relationships and are often helped with counseling.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, license MFC#45351. You may verify my license here. I can be reached at 949.682.6417 or you may email me here to discuss how therapy can help you.
